Black Sage Butcher is thrilled to partner with our talented friends at Fairview Cellars to host An Adventure in Taste at the winery on Sunday, June 4th.

Head Chef and seasoned butcher, Matt Leyes, will guide our guests through a unique tasting of artisanal AAA BC beef cuts, embodying a nose-to-tail approach for a comprehensive dining experience, all perfectly paired with Fairview Cellar’s bold and delicious wines. We’ll also serve a selection of complementary side dishes in a warm, family-style setting.
