  • Learn some basic, whole animal  butchery skills, by breaking down a side of pork and a chicken.

  • Take home the chicken you butchered and 1 kilogram of pork cuts.

Butchery 101

  • Learn how to make fresh, pork sausages based on 1 artisanal, Black Sage Butcher flavour (Teacher's choice).

  • Take home 1 kilogram of fresh pork sausages.

Sausage Making

$100 per person incl. GST

Terms & Conditions: Each class will only run with a minimum of 3 students; maximum of 6. All tools will be provided. Must be 19 years or over to participate. Please visit the shop during business hours to register for the class in-person only. Must pay in full at time of registration. You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days in advance; after that no refunds will be accepted.
