Lambs purchased from Black Sage Butcher Ltd. are free-range and raised in the Fraser Valley. A whole lamb typically weighs around 20 kgs (44 lbs). The customer is responsible for the cost of the actual carcass weight (half or whole) prior to butchering, so please bear in mind there will be some loss due to removal of bones and fat.
