HOW TO ORDER

Visit us at the shop during operating hours or email us at bsbpreorder@gmail.com to ask questions and secure your order. Dinner packages must be paid in-full in order to consider your order confirmed. Payments may be made in person at the shop (we do not accept credit cards over the phone), or via e-transfer. **Please do not send an etransfer until your order has been confirmed.**

ORDER PICK-UP

Pre-ordered Heat & Serve Turkey Dinner packages will be available for pick-up:

Thursday, December 22 & Friday, December 23, anytime between 11:30am-5:30pm. No appointment required, but you're welcome to indicate a day you'd prefer to pick-up.

When you pick-up your order, kindly bring your own reusable shopping bag or receptacle if you are able, as we will only have a limited number of boxes available.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

We will include printed instructions in your dinner package.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

We are a small team and the December holiday season is one of our busiest times in the shop. In order to manage our workload effectively we require that any special requests, including for final payment arrangements, must be received no later than Saturday, December 17 at 4 pm. Any requests received afterwards will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a service fee. We thank you in advance for your understanding that we are always doing our best with the resources available to us.

This holiday season Black Sage Butcher is offering packages of pre-seasoned and cooked turkey complemented by house-made sides. All that's left for you to do is take the package home, heat it through, and enjoy!

*The turkeys we use are non-medicated and raised free-range in British Columbia.

Each package includes:

  • 2 servings of turkey meat: a seasoned mini-roast of boneless white and dark turkey meat, slow-cooked for juicy tenderness.

  • Classic turkey gravy

  • Roasted garlic mashed potatoes

  • Butternut squash with brown butter and rosemary

  • Cauliflower gratin

  • Sage & onion bread stuffing

  • Cranberry chutney
