HOW TO ORDER
ONLY available by pre-order via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders must be pre-paid within 2 business days either via e-transfer or by paying in person at the shop. We do not accept credit cards over the phone.
LIMITED QUANTITIES AVAILABLE
We are only preparing 8 whole turkeys in total. Availability of each package is subject to the orders received.
Orders will be scheduled for pick-up during the hours of 2-5:30 pm on December 21, 22 and 23. You are welcome to order additional items for pick-up on the same day.
When you pick-up your order, kindly bring your own reusable shopping bag or receptacle if you are able, as we will have a limited number of boxes available.
Preheat oven to 325F place Heat & Serve turkey on a rack on a baking sheet, or on a roasting pan.
Place in oven for 45 minutes to one hour with stuffing.
After 45 minutes, put turkey gravy in a pan on medium heat and bring to a simmer whisking occasionally. Simmer for 3 minutes minimum.
Check internal temperature of turkey by inserting meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat, keep cooking until the internal temperature is 145F.
When the turkey has reached internal temp of 145F turn on broiler and crisp skin for 5-7 minutes (watch closely!)
