Maple Malabar Glaze
This house-made glaze is the secret behind our extremely popular Maple Malabar pork chops.
½ Cup maple syrup
7 ½ tsp Malabar Spice Mix*
4.5 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Put all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Let the glaze chill completely before rubbing into the surface of your pork chops. Cook the pork chops as desired; bake, BBQ, pan fry - the choice is yours!
