Great news! Our numbers of fresh turkeys have been confirmed - we are able to fulfill all our current pre-orders.
While we are no longer accepting pre-orders for turkeys, we'll have the following fresh and frozen turkey products available for purchase in the shop the week before Christmas. Available while quantities last, sorry, no pre-orders. All sales will be first come, first served.

We are open Tuesday through Friday, December 20 to 23, from 11:30am-5:30 pm each day.

These popular turkeys are raised in Langley, BC and sold for $13.60/kg or $6.17/lb in these sizes:

Small range: 4-6 kg or ~8.5-13 lb

Medium size range: 5-7 kg or ~11-15.5 lb

Large size range: 7-9 kg or ~15.5-20 lb
*As these turkeys are raised naturally, the sizes vary and arrive to us within the ranges as listed. You may request a particular size and we will do our best to accommodate based on what we receive, but we cannot guarantee a specific size.
Free-Range Smoked, Bone-in Ham
This pork is raised and smoked in Chilliwack, BC and sold for $10/kg or $4.54/lb and sold in these sizes:

One-Third ham: approx. 3.3 kg or 7 lb
We are no longer accepting pre-orders for smoked, bone-in ham, but there will be some available for purchase in-person in the shop the week before Christmas. Available while quantities last, sorry, no pre-orders. All sales will be first come, first served.
PRE-ORDER PICK-UP
Pre-ordered whole turkeys and hams are delivered fresh (not frozen). Pre-orders will be available to pick-up in the shop during the following days/times - no appointment required:
Tuesday through Friday, December 20-23, anytime between 11:30am-5:30pm.
We will have a limited number of boxes available, so kindly bring your own reusable shopping bag or receptacle if you are able.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We are a small team and the December holiday season is one of our busiest times in the shop. In order to manage our workload effectively we require that any special requests, including for final payment arrangements, must be received no later than Saturday, December 17 at 4 pm. Any requests received afterwards will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a service fee. We thank you in advance for your understanding that we are always doing our best with the resources available to us.
