Like all our products, the meat included in our freezer packs is ethically-raised free-range in BC and is without growth hormones or antiobiotics.
To make things easy, we've taken the guess-work out of ordering and developed packages based on either Basic or Enhanced needs. Which are you?

Perfect for the foodie who likes more variety and likes to experiment with cooking. Even better if you own a smoker.
How To Order
Complete and submit the online form for your package of choice. We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the order. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to proceed.
Once your carcass has been delivered, we will contact you with the cost to coordinate a 50% payment before we begin butchering. Upon receipt of payment we will coordinate a pick up date and time with you. Orders are fulfilled Wednesday through Saturday.
The remaining balance, including any incidentals and less the initial $50 deposit, is to be paid when the completed order is picked up.
Once we make the request, you may pay the $50 deposit either by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org (no security password required), or by paying by in person at the shop. We do not accept credit card numbers over the phone under any circumstances.
Carcass payments valued over $200 will incur a 4% service fee if paid by credit or debit card. Alternatively you may pay by e-transfer or cash to avoid this fee.
The time needed to complete an order is subject to how many other orders we have at the time, as we have limited cutting capacity. We will discuss this at the time that your order is confirmed. These orders are best for people who are able to plan ahead and be flexible with timing.
BLACK OUT DATES - we will not be butchering orders between February 26 and March 21 as we will be closed for a holiday. Thank you for your understanding.
